Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Clearance or sale items
- Products that have been installed, calibrated, altered, or customized
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
- Items returned without original packaging
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before shipping your item back.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items returned with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — posting times may vary
- Contact your bank — processing times can differ

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Calibration & Accuracy Disclaimer
All Miller Thermometer products are manufactured and tested to meet applicable quality and accuracy standards at the time of shipment.
Temperature readings may vary based on installation, usage conditions, environment, handling, and application. Miller Thermometer is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by improper installation, misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, physical damage, or failure to follow product instructions.
Items that have been used, installed, calibrated, altered, or adjusted are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by Miller Thermometer.
Calibration verification or recalibration services, if offered, do not constitute a guarantee against future variance caused by application-specific conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product is suitable for their intended use and application.
Shipping Returns
All returns must be authorized by Miller Thermometer prior to being shipped. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Miller Thermometer cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
